My name is Milashkina Elena. I am from Russia from Safonovo. I am in the 7 th form.

Everyone has a hobby, a favorite pastime. One of my favorite things is sport. I believe that sport plays an important role in a human life. As for me I like to ski. I go to practice every day.

. I take part in many competitions: local, regional .To keep fit I go to the gym every day.

Everyone should do everything possible to stay healthy, and have to choose a sport that interests him. I do not understand people who say that they like sport, and see it only on TV.

Doing sports I have made many real friends.

In winter we spend much time training in the open air. So I can enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of our nature.

Climbing the steep I have to put a lot of efforts. But I am happy.

I have already won many trophies and medals. But my dream is to go to the Olimpic games.

If you go in for sports, you feel much better, look much better, sleep better. But the most important that you do not get sick often. My favorite proverb says: "In a healthy body there is a healthy mind". I think sport is not for the weak, because you need to learn to play, but it is not always easy.

I am a winner! It is a pleasant moment of victory.

In summer we like to go to the sea.
