By the end of 2024, 88 more hazardous facilities will be eliminated in Russia under the Clean Country project, which will improve the environmental situation for 7 million people. 74 dangerous objects of accumulated harm have already been eliminated in the Russian Federation. This year, two more landfills in the Moscow region, one in the Yaroslavl region and a tailings dump in Yakutia will be destroyed. In the Russian Federation, federal investments in geological exploration of all Far Eastern regions have been increased. The authorities want to do the same work in Siberia. In July, two Central Asian leopards were released into the wild, which went to conquer the forests of the Caucasian Reserve and the mountains of North Ossetia. There are currently 10 leopards living in the wild, but the goal is to achieve a stable grouping of up to 50 individuals in the Caucasus.

It is quite difficult to characterize the environmental situation in Sviblovo, since it is ambiguous. The territory is located between large green areas, among them the Botanical Garden, the Park of the Future and the Singing Field. Important transport highways pass through the municipality, which connect the northern districts with the center of Moscow. As a result, due to the increased number of cars on the roads, the level of dangerous substances in the atmosphere is gradually increasing, and the ecology in Sviblovo is getting noticeably worse. The territory of the district is crossed by several railway lines. As a result, the situation is noticeably complicated, and in addition, the noise threshold increases significantly, which adversely affects the quality of life here. 

The local authorities are carrying out a huge amount of work designed to stabilize the environment in the municipality. In particular, new park areas are being broken up throughout the district, and gradually high-quality air filtration systems are being installed on all roads. The authorities also carry out various environmental activities, the purpose of which is to find alternative solutions to stabilize the environmental situation in the area.
