My name is Nastya and I'm studying at college to become a lawyer. I have graduated from school with a good score and have decided to get a secondary education. I like studying and I’m trying to combine study with work. I’m going to study in university after college
I would like to get a higher education as an economist. There are a large number of universities in Russia from which I can choose
Now I am choosing where I will receive my high education. I have many friends who study at universities. Because, when I choosing, I will be guided by their stories.
One of my friends studies at HSE. He says there are many good teachers and a wide choice of professions. But it’s hard to get there and the tuition is very expensive. There they monitor the progress of students and give a large amount of educational material and homework. He says that studying takes a lot of time, but this guarantees good knowledge after graduating from university.
One of my friends study at MSU. He praises this university very much and talks about the professors and teachers. They have many master classes from possible future employers. But it was very difficult to get there. He had to prepare for the exams for two years. He entered the Faculty of Philosophy on a budget and is very pleased with it
I also have a friend who studies at RANEPA. He says that this university accepts many foreigners and there are a lot of students of different nationalities. He is Armenian and it was important for him that the university be international. Studying there is not difficult, there are good teachers. He is happy with his training
From the experience of my friends, I can say that in Russia there are universities to suit any student’s needs. This gives students a lot of choice. I'm still thinking about which university I'll go to, because I still have a whole year before I enroll.
