New Year’s holidays

During the New Year holidays, I went to another city to visit my grandfather and there we celebrated the New Year with our big family. We were gathered in a large country house and each of us was doing his own thing. The house is located in the village and there was a New Year's atmosphere because everything was covered in snow.

My sister and I decorated the house with a New Year theme. They decorated the Christmas tree, cut out snowflakes and hung them all over the house. Each room is decorated with tinsel and Christmas figurines. We also decorated the entrance to the house with a garland. It all looked bright and beautiful.

Our brothers were engaged in roasting meat. They were cooking outside, it smelled fragrant. They were having fun and were happy. They also made music and recorded their favorite songs.

Our mothers were preparing a New Year's table and slicing vegetables and fruits. They decorated the New Year's table with their food innovations and told each other some stories. 

Grandparents watched New Year's Eve shows and played board games.

We also looked at our childhood photos together afterwards. Everyone felt comfortable, because we were in a cozy and warm place. ​​​​​​​

The New Year was successful, after all, it's true that this magical time is intended for everyone to gather with their family.
