He was born on May 7, 1840 inthe village of Votkinsky. Now the territory of the village belongs to Udmurtia.
Peter died of a heart attack on November 6, 1893. As mentioned in the previous slide , but was born on May 7 , 1840 . Now the house in which he was born has been turned into a museum.
Everyone knows Peter Tchaikovsky. Because of his wonderful seven symphonies, ten operas and three ballets. For example: "The Nutcracker"
In the summer of 1861, the first trip took place 21-year—old Tchaikovsky went abroad as a secretary and translator from At the Ministry of Justice, he was accompanied by an acquaintance of his father, engineer Vasily Pisarev. Tchaikovsky first got into England at a very interesting time. A vivid symbol of the era was the 1851 World's Fair, organized by Prince Albert at the Crystal Palace. He was interested in London, but the city made a rather gloomy impression on him, but the local food, although simple, turned out to be to his taste.
Tchaikovsky is known for his two ballets, which made a great impression on the audience. These ballets are called: "The Nutcracker", "Swan Lake"
