The topic of my project is “My favourite lunch”. The goal of my presentation is tell about a healthy lunch. My lunch contains rice with chicken, vegetable salad and tea with sugar. The salad consists of cucumber, tomato, corn, red onion, pepper, olive oil and some salt. My favourite meal contains a little fat, sugar, salt and a lot of proteins, fiber, carbohydrates and vitamins. In this lunch prevails Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. Vitamin B6 is in chicken and Vitamins C is in vegetables. P.S. The fat percentage can be change by cooking the chicken.
