The topic of my project is “My favourite lunch”. The goal of my presentation is to show the correct and balanced nutrition complex.
Look at this spidergram: there are lot of healthy components in my lunch. It includes: chicken mashed potatoes, pea soup, cucumber and tomato salad, apple and tea without sugar.

My lunch is very healthy: it has a lot of protein and a small amount of fat, salt and sugar.

This lunch is perfect for students or a college student.
