Task I. Прочитайте приведённые ниже предложения. Образуйте от слов, напечатанных в скобочках, однокоренные слова так, чтобы они грамматически и лексически соответствовали содержанию предложений.

Christmas is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ. It is celebrated on the 25th of January. People around the world feel joy and happiness when they give presents to each other. The main colour of the holiday is red. People decorate Christmas trees with garlands, lights, toys, nuts and stars. Holly and mistletoe are also symbols of Christmas. People like to sing carols. Christmas music is a kind of magic. Santa Claus brings presents to good children. Bad children receive only a piece of coal. Adults also live this holiday and have parties.

Task 3. Imagine that you are showing your family album to your friend. Choose one photo to present to your friend.

You will have to start speaking in 1,5 minutes and you will speak for not more than 2 minutes (12-15 sentences). In your talk remember to speak about:

what is happening

why you took this photo

why you decided to show this picture to your friend

You have to talk continuously starting with:
