Сравнение двух фотографий. Формат ЕГЭ.

Study the two photographs. Be ready to compare and contrast the photographs:

-give a brief description (action, location)

- say what the pictures have in common

-say in what way the pictures are different

-say which place for spending your holiday presented in the pictures you’d prefer

-explain why

I would like to compare and contrast the two pictures. The first impression I have looking at them is pleasant. In the first photo we can see a sunny beach with a lot of people, while in the second photo we can see a big city which is crowded by people.

As far as I can judge, the photos have a few things in common. First of all, in both photos we can see many people. Secondly, these places are famous tourists spots.

However, there are some differences between the photos. In the left-hand photo the weather is sunny and the sky is blue, while in the second photo the sky is black. It’s daytime in the first picture and it’s late evening or night in the second one. I think that the most important difference is that the photo number one shows us a seaside, whereas in the photo number two we can see a lot of shops with adds .

Frankly speaking, I'd prefer to spend my holidays in a big city because I think it is more interesting to walk around the city and learn more about culture and history of other people or about architecture and modern beautification of different cities. That's all I wanted to say about photos, their similarities and differences.
