Hello. How are you? Thank you for your letter.

In your letter you asked me about my town. I live in Veliky Ustug. My town is small. It is in the northeast of Vologda region. It stands on the Sukhona River.

Veliky Ustug is famous for the house of Father Frost. It is not a house; it’s a big, beautiful palace.

Veliky Ustug has many things to see and to do. There are a lot of shops, banks, cinemas and restaurants in my town. All people can visit the town park. It is fun to go there.

There are a lot of forests around the place where I live. You can see beautiful lakes from the bridges in the center of my town.
