Introduction Our internship took place in the office of the Vegas shopping center, at the Myakinino metro station. It started at 10 a.m. Objectives of the practice: 1.To master practical accounting and tax accounting skills at a specific workplace. 2.Gain initial experience in analyzing the financial and economic activities of an organization. 3. Learn how to work with professional software (1C:Accounting department) Practice objectives: 1. To study the regulations on the accounting service, job descriptions of employees, and the document management schedule. 2. Get acquainted with the accounting policy of the organization for the purposes of accounting and tax accounting.

Preparation for practice Preparation for practice We went to practice through friends. The organization is engaged in the restaurant business. It was very interesting for us to study this organization. We have sorted out the key documents: technological maps of dishes, acts of write-off and inventory in the warehouse. We also practiced working in 1C, especially with the operations of registering goods, writing off production and reflecting daily revenue.

The first days in practice We were very impressed after the first day of practice. We were very pleased to meet our colleagues. They turned out to be very experienced professionals in their field. They always helped us with pleasure and answered all our questions. They explained exactly what they do and which organizations they cooperate with.

Tasks and responsibilities Tasks and responsibilities First, we got acquainted with the company's work processes, then we started practical tasks.The main task was to carry out reconciliation reports: we checked the data and identified discrepancies, which required care. We also organized documents and filled out travel documents, which helped us understand the accounting of transportation costs.

Problems and challenges Discrepancy between theory and practice. In reality, documents or postings often differ. But we actively asked accountants questions, analyzed the company's accounting policy and past periods as a sample. Work in 1C and other programs. Operations caused difficulties. We mastered the program by trial and error under the supervision of accountants, outlined the algorithms of actions. A large volume of primary documents. They got mixed up in receipts, invoices, and certificates. We organized the documents and learned how to check them for correctness.

Acquired knowledge and skills During our internship, we have mastered accounting and financial reporting methods, as well as programs for automating processes. We learned how to perform reconciliation reports, analyze financial data, and work with primary documentation, which emphasized the importance of accuracy. We have developed teamwork skills.
