Урок в 9 классе по теме «Teens problems»



Цель урока:

Активизация навыков устной речи по теме «Проблемы подростков».

Формирование навыков устной речи.

Задачи:

Активизировать материал по теме «Teenage problems (Unit 4)».

Развивать умение построения диалогов.

Учиться высказывать свою точку зрения.

Формы работы: фронтальная, парная, групповая.

Методы работы: проблемно-поисковый, наглядный, словесный.

Педагогические приемы: построение диалога путем «снизу вверх» (без опоры на текст, отталкиваясь лишь от тематики и проблематики обсуждаемых вопросов).

Оборудование: 6 картинок с изображением ситуаций из жизни подростков (прил.1), карточки с проверочной работой (2 варианта), презентация


Ход урока

Организационный момент. (2мин.)

- Good morning, girls and boys. (Good morning.)

- Nice to see you. (Nice to see you too.)

- How are you? (we are fine, thanks. And how are you?)

II. Основная часть. (Актуализация субъективного опыта. Постановка цели) (20 мин.)

(Слайд 3)

1.- I want you to look at the blackboard. You can see six pictures on it. What are the teenagers talking about? What moments of their lives can we see?

P - I think, all these pictures are about teenagers’ problems.

T – Yes, you are right. What do you think the theme of our lesson today?

P – I suppose, we’ll talk about teenagers’ problems.

T - But what problem can we see on this picture?

Problem of pocket money

Smoking.

School problems.

Conflicts with parents.

Conflicts with sisters or brothers.

Conflicts with friends.

Problems can be more important or less important. Tell us which of these Problems are more important or less important in your opinion. (слайд 4)

Please, divide into 3 groups. Read the letters in card №1 (слайд 6)

The 1st group letter A, The 2nd group letter B, The 3rd group letter C. I give you 1 min. Then answer these questions. (слайд 7)

1. Who is the author of the letter? How old is she (he)?

2. What is his (her) problem?

3. What is the reason of the problem?

4. Have you got the same problem?


Now let’s do card №2 (слайд 8, 9) Please read the reply. Do you agree with Jackie?

T – Listen to what 6 teenagers think about immigration in their country and say who. Write the names and choose the statements.

(After listening)

So, how do you think what other problems do teenagers have?



III. Динамическая пауза (2мин.)

T – Stand up. Do eye gymnastics following the ball.

Close your eyes and count till 5. Open your eyes.

Nowadays a problem of smoking is very actual. A lot of teens like to look older, that’s why they obtain bad habits like smoking, drinking, taking drugs, etc. And it often leads to bad ends. Moreover, you may have problems with health. So I want you to watch video.
