Пояснительная записка к презентации

ТЕМА: «Транспорт и путешествия»

Цели урока:

Образовательные:

активизация в речи лексических единиц по теме «Транспорт и путешествия»

развитие монологической и диалогической речи;

расширение словарного запаса и кругозора учащихся;

употребление форм страдательного залога и степеней сравнения прилагательных.

Развивающие:

развитие воображения, творческого мышления, языковой догадки;

развитие речевых способностей, умения логически мыслить;

развитие умения сравнивать, анализировать, воображать

Воспитательная:

воспитание у учащихся познавательного интереса к окружающему миру

формирование потребности и способности к сотрудничеству и взаимопомощи при работе в паре

План урока:

Организационный момент. Приветствие.

Фонетическая зарядка. Определение темы урока.

Разминка. Речевая зарядка.

Основная часть урока.

Повторение страноведческого материла по теме «Англо-говорящие страны».

Изучение лексики по теме «Транспорт».

Употребление предлогов с видами транспорта.

Аудирование. Работа с диалогом.

Физминутка.

Закрепление лексики по теме «Транспорт». Употребление прилагательных. Работа в парах.

Повторение образования форм степеней сравнения прилагательных.

Выполнение тренировочных упражнений.

Подведение итогов. Рефлексия.

Ход урока.

Организационный момент. Приветствие.

Good morning, students! I’m glad to see you. How are you today? Fine? It’s OK! What’s the date today? What is the weather like today? What can we do in such weather? I offer you to do something interesting… Look at the smart board. Here you can see our topic. But it is hidden in a small poem. Lets guess what is it… ( 1 слайд)

2. Фонетическая зарядка. Определение темы урока.

Now listen to the poem, look and read after me.

Take a bus or take a train,

Take a boat or take a plane,

Take a taxi, take a car,

Maybe near or maybe far,

Take a rocket to the moon,

But be sure to come back soon.

Have you guessed the topic? Right! We’ll speak about travelling today. (2 слайд)

3. Разминка. Речевая зарядка.

Do you like to travel? How often do you travel? Whom do you travel with? (ответы детей)

I see… You know, our winners of the teenager’s competition are going to travel too. Let’s look at the map and guess which English-speaking countries will be visited by them.( 3 слайд или интерактивная карта)

4. Основная часть урока.

I’m sure you know different facts about these countries. Let’s describe them (continent? capital? official language? what is famous for?) –ex. 73. Now we’ll answer some question – ex.75.

When we speak about travelling we always mention the transport. People can’t travel without transport. What types of transport do you know?

Today we’ll find out how people usually travel. Look at the smart board and repeat the words after me. (слайды с видами транспорта)

What type of transport do you like to travel? (ответы детей)

As for me, I like to travel all types of transport. I like travelling by car, by plane, by train and by boat. Who heard, what preposition did I use? (ответы детей)

You are right. With types of transport we use preposition by. The exception is the word combination on foot. (4 слайд)

To train how did you remember the words and using of the prepositions let’s do ex.79.

I suppose all of you like to travel very much. Now let’s listen to the dialogue of the ex.82. After listening you have to do some tasks on your worksheets, sign them, please. Look at the statements – you need to mark if they are true, false or not mentioned.(5 слайд)

Are you tired? Let’s stand up and compete a bit. You have to remember some adjectives. (Физминутка, по очереди две команды соединяют перевод со значением слова, или клеят стикеры).

Now look at the board, some of these words we can use describing travelling. Which of them describe travelling by plane? By train? Or by boat? Let’s work in pairs – you have tables and pictures on your desks – divide the adjectives into two groups according to advantages and disadvantages of your transport. (6 слайд). Name them, please.

OK, you were successful in the task, then let’s compare different kinds of travelling. We’ll need the degrees of comparison. (интерактивный плакат) – ex.84, 85(резерв).

5. Подведение итогов. Рефлексия.

Thank you for the activity. Let’s sum up. Today we’ve talked about travelling and transport… You worked hard and your marks will be on your answer sheets. Besides, we‘ve made the revision of English-speaking countries… And you know that English is spoken all over the world. Let’s watch a short clip with Top 10 English-speaking countries… Did you know all of them? So, travel and practise your English everywhere!

At home, please do ex. 86, 87; p. 55. Good bye!

Worksheet № 1.   Name: ______________________________   Say if the statements are true(T), false(F) or not mentioned(NM). Daniel is a student from Britain. Alexander is 13.
