   “ Environmental

Тип урока: обобщающий.

Образовательные технологии: личностно-ориентированная технология, проектная технология.

Задача учащихся: создание коллективного микро-проекта "Сохраним нашу планету”.

Цели: формирование обобщённых знаний по теме и оперирование ими.

·         Учебная: систематизация, обобщение и закрепление пройденного материала по теме, обучение чтению текста с различными учебными стратегиями (skimming, scanning), закрепление грамматических навыков говорения с использованием структур Conditional 2 and 3), повторение словообразования существительных.

·         Развивающая: развитие личностной активности учащихся, развитие способности к анализу, обобщению и формулированию собственных выводов.

·         Психологическая: радость совместного труда, создание ситуации успеха.

·         Воспитательная: учить учащихся бережно относиться к окружающей среде, воспитывать активную жизненную позицию, формировать потребности и способности к сотрудничеству и взаимопомощи при работе в паре и группе.

·         Практическая: коллективное создание микро-проекта.

·         Методическая: показать различные учебные приёмы совершенствования навыков устной речи.

Оборудование:

·        наглядный материал по теме;

·        плакаты, выпущенные учащимися;

·        плакаты с высказываниями великих людей;

·        грамматическая таблица "Conditional 2 and 3”;

                                                      Ход урока.

1.     Орг. Момент.

Good morning boys and girls! Glad to see you! Sit down, please.  At first I offer you to watch the short video about our environmental problems.( дети смотрят видео) Today we will speak about environmental problems. The word “environment” means simply what is around us: the air we breathe, the soil on which we stand and walk, the water we drink. These are all parts of the environment. Nowadays people understand how important it is to solve the environmental problems that endanger people's lives.

2.     Речевая разминка.

The first task for you is to  find English equivalents for these words.

4  Развитие навыков монологической речи. Проверка домашнего задания.

Now we will listen your reports which you have prepared.

Pupil 1.It is wonderful world we live in.

But now human beings are killing our planet. Among the most serious problems are

1 Drugs

2 Dangerous diseases

3 Pollution

4 Wars

5 Crimes

6 Endangered animals

7 Lack of recycling

8 People and interrelations

 Millions of animals die every year because man has polluted their natural homes. Besides, every year people cut down more trees, build more roads, and use more land for farming.

Pupil 2. The country air, once clean and fresh, now may be polluted by power stations and factories. People cut the trees down because they need wood and paper or new places for farms and houses. Even if new trees are planted, it takes many years for them to grow. (слайд 2 )

Pupil 3. Water is also polluted very much. There is a lot of litter on the beaches, and you can even see thick foam caused by chemical waste. Pollution is very dangerous for people, wildlife and the environment. ( слайд 3 )

Pupil 4.As you may understand our planet is in danger. We can underline dangerous diseases. The reason of increasing them is weak immune system, substandard medicines, junk food, polluted air, dangerous technologies that affect on our health. ( слайд 4 )

Pupil 5. One of the most important problem of our society is wars. Unfortunately money and political interests become above of everything. Nowadays we can see on television the death of guiltless people, children. Whole towns and cities are destroyed. ( слайд 5 )

Teacher.  Now lets think how  can you solve this problem. What can we do for our planet.

Pupil 6.It is well known that people make all the problem themselves. Unfortunately people nowadays often tell lies, they argue and fight. Luckily there are always ways out. We could improve our world make it closer to the perfect one. In perfect world people never argue, so they have no need make wars. All people work and get a lot of money and so there are no crimes.  ( слайд 6)

Pupil 7. People in the perfect world always protect nature. People are healthy because they don’t smoke, drink alcohol, take drugs. They always eat healthy food. Firstly I would stop people fighting. Secondly I would punish strictly those ones who make crimes. Finally I would also make a low to protect our nature. (слайд 7)

5 Физкультминутка .

Now lets have a rest. You should divide into two groups. Your task for you is to match the picture with their definition. You have three minutes.

Составление экологических правил.

Of course governments of different countries pay much attention to problems of environment but much depends on us. Let’s make the Code of Ecological Rules for everybody.      

   Suggested answers:

– Never drop litter in the street;
– Sort rubbish: use special containers for paper, tins, food, white glass, brown glass and green glass;
– Don’t spray chemicals! 
– Use less paper. 
– Save energy. Use less electricity and gas.
 Have showers, not baths. Showers use less water.
– Don't leave fire in the forest. 

– Change our attitude to the nature;

9. Подведение итогов.  

Summing up everything that have been said we must say: our nature and the

Earth in general are very sensitive to the human’s activity. People all over the world including us must be very careful with our unique planet and its nature to preserve it for our children and future generations
