Liza: Kristina, can I clarify a few things about the packaging and labeling for this shipment to Wildberries? I want to make sure everything is perfect.
Kris: Of course, Liza. Ask away. It's better to double-check.
Liza: Great. First, the packaging itself. These mugs are fragile. Should I use our standard cardboard box, or do we need a special one with extra padding?
Kris: Good question. For fragile items, we always use a box with thicker walls and additional bubble wrap inside. Each mug must be individually wrapped. Wildberries' sorting centers are very automated, but rough handling can happen during logistics. Our goal is zero returns due to damage.
Liza: Understood. Now, about what goes on the box. I know we need a barcode. Is there anything else? Their logo, maybe?
Kris: No, their logo is not required. The most important thing is the unique product barcode – the SKU that Wildberries assigned to this model. It must be clearly printed and placed on the outside of the box. No other price tags or our internal codes should be visible on the exterior. Everything inside is for the end customer.
Liza: Okay, just the Wildberries SKU barcode on the outside. What about special symbols? "Fragile" or "This Way Up" arrows?
Kris: Yes, absolutely. For this product, you must put the "Fragile" symbol and two "This Way Up" arrows on the top and sides of the box. Use standard, internationally recognized stickers. This helps both the marketplace's handlers and the final couriers.
Liza: Does the delivery method depend on where it's going? For example, is the packaging different for far regions like Kamchatka?
Kris: The packaging standard is the same for all regions – robust and secure. However, the logistics might be different. For very remote regions, the parcel will have a longer journey with more transshipment points, so the quality of our packaging is even more critical. But you don't need to pack it differently; just ensure it meets our high standard every single time.
Liza: Got it. So, to summarize: secure packaging with extra cushioning, only the Wildberries barcode on the outside, plus "Fragile" and orientation stickers. The standard is the same for all boxes, regardless of destination.
Kris: Perfect summary, Liza. That's exactly right. This attention to detail is what keeps our seller rating high. Thanks for your careful work.
Liza: Thank you for the clear instructions! I'll get this batch packed right away
