Good morning. I’m glad to see you. Sit down, please. Who is absent today? How are you today? Show your emotions on your faces. Well and with this pleasant mood let’s begin our lesson.

Today I don’t tell you the topic of our lesson because after watching slides I hope you’ll tell me it. Please watch them.

What are we going to speak about? Yes about sport and the topic of our lesson is “At the sports centre”.

Do you have a sports centre in our town?

What sports can you do there?

Which sports would you like to do there?

What is you favourite sport?

Do you(p)agree? Today we’ll learn how to agree or disagree with the person using other constructions, but it’ll be some time later.

And now listen to the poem and answer the question in it.(slide)

Well which one is the sportiest sport? Can you answer this question?

You’ve already known many names of sport and today you’ll learn some other types of sports which you can do or play in the sports centre. Repeat them after me all together.(slide) And now match the words with the pictures. By the way do you know what kind of game squash is?

Well you see that squash is an outdoor game played on a four-walled court usually by two people with rackets(smaller than for tennis) and a small soft rubber ball.

You see some of these words use with the verb “play” and some with the verb» do”. What sports can you play? Translate them. And what sports can you do? Translate them. repeat them after me all together.(slide)

Now open your books at p.20 ex.1.b (P) read the task, please. read the first name of the sport in ex.2a What column does it suit?......

Some of you’ll receive the cards with the names of sport, but don’t show them to your classmates. Your task is to describe the sport which is written on your card for your classmates to guess. Read the example in ex.1c p...20

And now some of you’ll receive cards and your task is to show these sports and all the rest should guess what sport it is.

There are many sports and each person has his own favourite sport. You’ll listen to the conversation between Pete and Stephen and you should answer the questions in ex.2p.21. (P) read these questions.

Listen to the conversation one more time and pay attention to how children agree and disagree with each other.

Look at the slide. There are two types of sentences here positive and negative. What kind of sentence is the 1st one? If you agree with the positive sentence in Present Simple you should say so do I. …

Look at the slide and insert the correct verb.

And now ex.3p.21read the task, please. Read the dialogue and answer the questions. Well the boys like

doing the same sport and what about you? Look at the picture and say you like doing this sport? And your partner should agree or disagree with you.

Read the sentences and agree or disagree with these people.(slide)

And now agree or disagree with your partner and read the task to ex.4b so you should make your own dialogues like in example read it, please and in your dialogues use the expressions from the blackboard.

Today the journalist from the magazine “Sport” comes to your sports centre and he (she) would like to ask you several questions about sport. Let me introduce….to you. And all of you’ll receive sheets of paper with the table and your task is to listen to your friends’ answers and put ticks near the sports which they do or like doing.
