Тема: Secrets of an Ancient Computer
Цель: Расширить кругозор учащихся по темам «Наука», «Современные технологии», актуализировать страноведческий материал, совершенствовать навыки говорения.
Задачи:
Образовательные: совершенствовать коммуникативно-речевую компетенцию:
- совершенствовать умения и навыки говорения при обсуждении вопросов, связанных с темой (участвовать в беседе, рассуждать в связи с изучаемой проблематикой);
Развивающие: развивать умения устной монологической и диалогической речи, умения аудирования, чтения научно-популярной литературы, произвольное внимание, память, умения работать самостоятельно и в парах.
Воспитательные: мотивировать обучающихся на изучение иностранного языка, показывая его практическую значимость в современном мире, способствовать развитию творческой активности учащихся, расширению их страноведческих знаний о научных достижениях страны изучаемого
Оборудование: учебник, компьютер, проектор, презентация, раздаточный материал, рисунки.
