Данный сборник заданий направлен на развитие коммуникативной компетенции учащихся 9-11 классов (уровень заданий B1) через решение проблемных ситуаций на английском языке.

«Проблемная ситуация» — основное понятие проблемного обучения, которое представляет собой интеллектуальное затруднение человека, побуждающее его искать новый способ объяснения или действия.

Сборник включает три типа заданий по 20 проблемных ситуаций, которые последовательно ведут ученика от начального уровня к более сложному, развивая навыки устной речи и критического мышления.


Монолог (начальный этап): задания этого типа предлагают образцы монологов в виде цельных предложений. Ученики учатся выражать свои мысли и описывать ситуации, что является основой для дальнейшего развития коммуникативных навыков.

Диалог (средний этап): на этом этапе учащиеся переходят к диалогам, также с образцами в виде цельных предложений. Это помогает им освоить основы взаимодействия в разговоре, учиться слушать и отвечать, а также развивать навыки ведения диалога в различных ситуациях.

Составление диалога с ключевыми словами и фразами (продвинутый этап): здесь ученики сталкиваются с более сложной задачей — составление диалога на основе ключевых слов и фраз. Это способствует развитию умения разрешать конфликтные и проблемные ситуации в коммуникации, приближая учебный процесс к реальным жизненным ситуациям.


Сборник идеально подходит для пятиминуток на уроках английского языка, позволяя внедрять технологию проблемного обучения и готовить учеников к Государственной итоговой аттестации (ГИА), особенно в части устной речи. Задания помогают не только улучшить навыки общения, но и развивать критическое мышление, что делает их незаменимыми для подготовки к реальным жизненным ситуациям.












МОНОЛОГИ (образцы с цельными предложениями)


Задание 1: Workplace Conflict

Situation: A colleague keeps borrowing your things without asking.

Task: Verbally express your concern to your colleague and suggest a solution.

Example Answer:

"Hi [Colleague's Name], I hope you're doing well. I wanted to talk to you about something. I've noticed that some of my things have been going missing, and I realized you might have been borrowing them. Could you please ask me before taking anything in the future? It would be much appreciated. Thanks for understanding!"


Задание 2: Noise Complaint

Situation: Your upstairs neighbors are making too much noise late at night.

Task: Verbally describe the problem to the property management company and request action.

Example Answer:

"Hello, I'm calling to report a noise issue. My upstairs neighbors have been making a lot of noise late into the night, which is disrupting my sleep. Could you please address this with them? Thank you for your assistance."


Задание 3: Poor Food Delivery

Situation: The food you ordered was cold and incorrect.

Task: Verbally complain to the restaurant.

Example Answer:

"Hello, I recently ordered food from your restaurant, but it arrived cold and wasn't what I ordered. I would appreciate it if you could offer a refund or a discount on my next order. Thank you."

Situation: You are renting an apartment and having heating issues.

Task: Verbally inform your landlord about the problem.

Example Answer:

"Hi [Landlord's Name], I wanted to let you know that the heating in the apartment isn't working properly. It's getting quite cold, and I'd appreciate it if you could send someone to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks."


Задание 5: Bullying at School

Situation: Your child is being bullied at school.

Task: Verbally describe the issue to the school principal and request intervention.

Example Answer:

"Hello [Principal's Name], I am writing to inform you that my child has been experiencing bullying at school. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action. Thank you."

Task: Call the delivery service to inquire about the delay.

Example Answer:

Situation: Your flight has been canceled.

Task: Verbally request a refund or reschedule your flight.

Example Answer:

Задание 9: Restaurant Complaint

Situation: The service at a restaurant was poor.

Task: Verbally complain to the manager.

Example Answer:

"Excuse me, manager? The service here has been quite slow, and our food took a long time to arrive. Could you please address this? Thank you."


Задание 10: Hotel Problem

Situation: Your hotel room is dirty.

Task: Verbally inform the front desk and request a different room.

Example Answer:

Задание 11: Car Rental Issue

Situation: The car you rented has a flat tire.

Task: Verbally inform the car rental company.

Situation: You lost your phone.

Task: Verbally report the loss to your mobile service provider.

Задание 13: Bank Error

Situation: There is an error in your bank statement.

Task: Verbally inform the bank and request a correction.

Example Answer:

Задание 14: Late Payment

Situation: You missed a payment deadline.

Task: Verbally explain the situation to the company and request an extension.

Example Answer:

Задание 15: Job Application

Situation: You are applying for a job.

Task: Verbally introduce yourself and express your interest in the position.

Example Answer:

"Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I'm calling to express my interest in the [Job Title] position. I believe my skills and experience make me a great fit for this role. Could you please tell me more about the application process? Thank you."
