Пояснительная записка к презентации

Тема урока «The World of Hobbies»

Класс: 6

Учебник: Английский с удовольствием /«Enjoy English» для 5-6 классов

Цель урока: закрепление лексико-грамматического материала по теме «The World of Hobbies».

Воспитательный аспект:

Воспитание уважительного отношения к хобби своих одноклассников.

Развивающий аспект:

Развитие способности к догадке.

Учебный аспект:

Практиковать в монологическом высказывании. Развивать умение высказываться целостно.

Развивать навыки диалогической речи.

Активизировать лексические навыки говорения, сформированные на предыдущих уроках на базе материала о любимых занятиях.

Задачи:

1.Повторить активную лексику по данной теме; практиковать лексико –грамматические навыки и речевые умения по данной теме;

2.Развивать внимание, память, логическое мышление, навыки работы в группе;

3.Способствовать развитию навыков культуры общения.

Оборудование: мультимедийное сопровождение к уроку; подборка фотографий; карточки с текстами.

Слайд 1-2-3

Учитель и дети приветствуют друг друга на английском языке. Рекомендуем сначала учащимся дать свои определения слову «хобби», а далее проверить с заранее приготовленными определениями на доске.

Фонетическая зарядка.

На данном этапе урока используем презентацию. На экране представляем английские слова по изучаемой теме. Обучающиеся сначала читают и переводят представленные лексические единицы. После этого догадываются о том, какой звук повторялся чаще всего в словах. Рекомендуем произносить слова по цепочке, шепотом и громко, повторять слова за сильным учеником. Для прочного запоминания слов советуем не просто их прочитать, но и дать учащимся возможность составить свои предложения с данными словами по теме.

Речевая разминка

Слайды 5-6

Заранее на доске помещаем цепочки слов по теме «Хобби». Используем игровой прием «Найди название», который позволит учащимся запомнить английские слова по теме. Кроме этого, тренируем устную речь.

Активизация лексических навыков по теме

Слайды 7-8

Чтобы активизировать внимание учащихся, на доске появляются названия разных видов хобби и их описания. Учащимся нужно найти соответствия. Данный подход позволит спросить всех учащихся группы. После выполнения этого задания следует повторить все слова.

Учащиеся изучают диаграмму, на которой в процентном соотношении представлены хобби британских учащихся. Затем по очереди называют, какие хобби более и менее популярны среди английских студентов.

Предлагаем использовать технологию «Кооперация в обучении: групповая работа» по алгоритму «1-2-все». Даная методика дает возможность сначала каждому прочитать текст, далее дети читают его в паре, далее-в группе. Задача каждой группы- понять содержание предложенных текстов, угадать загаданное слово, выступить перед классом. Ответ не следует предоставлять учащимся из другой группы, они должны догадаться и дать свой вариант ответа. Данное задание учит ребят не только понимать речь на слух, но и работать в группе, оказывать помощь своим партнерам, делиться информацией.

Домашнее задание будет иметь творческий характер, учащимся нужно будет нарисовать хобби своей семьи и рассказать о них.

Teacher: Good morning, students. I am glad to see you again. Let’s start our English lesson. Who is on duty today? Who is absent? What day is it today? What date is it today? The topic of our lesson is “The world of hobbies”. Today we are talking about our free time and about our hobbies. And I’d like to know what hobbies you have and what you like doing in your free time. But what is it “a hobby”? Please, look at the screen and let’s find the answer to this question (СЛАЙД 1-2-3).

Drawing pictures It is a very interesting kind of hobby. You can draw cats and dogs, trees and flowers, the sun and clouds, houses and cars, boys and girls. You draw with colors: red, blue, green, yellow, brown, grey, black, white, orange, pink, violet.

Reading books It is a very good and useful hobby. You can read about animals and birds, the rivers and the seas, fantasy countries and heroes. Then you can discuss books with your friends!

Walking It is a very useful kind of hobby. You must walk every day – in the forest, in the yard. Fresh air – is a good thing. You will be healthy and strong. Go walking with your friends every day!

Making toys It is very interesting to make toys. You can make a pig, a wolf, a fox, a monkey, a mouse, a bear, a hare, an elephant, etc. Then you can play with toys or present them to your friends!

Going in for sports

Sports play a very big role in our life. It helps us to be in good form. You can play football, basketball, tennis, golf, badminton, hockey, darts, polo. You can run, jump, swim in the summer and in the winter! You can become a popular sportsman!

Dancing It is a very beautiful and good kind of hobby. You can visit dancing club after lessons or dance at home. If you can dance well, you can show it at the disco, at the parties with your friends! Enjoy!

Fishing It is a very interesting kind of hobby. You can go fishing with your father or friends. It is good to sit at the river, to see the nature. Your mother will be happy to cook fish for you and your family!

Travelling It is very interesting to travel by train and by plane, by car and by bus, by ship and by boat. You can see the nature: the sun and clouds, trees and flowers, cities and villages. You can visit interesting places!

Collecting

Collecting is a very interesting kind of hobby. You can collect books and pens, stamps and stickers, disks and toys. Then you can show your collection to your family and friends! What collection do you have?
