Пояснительная записка

Важной составляющей в формировании антикоррупционного мировоззрения является использование потенциала воспитательной работы в школе. Понимая, что на современном этапе антикоррупционное воспитание - это не только антикоррупционное образование, а и информирование семей обучающихся, антикоррупционное воспитание в школе требует от нас, классных руководителей, методического мастерства для воспитания ценностных установок и развития способностей и навыков, которые необходимы для формирования гражданской позиции относительно коррупции. Хочу предложить вашему вниманию внеклассное мероприятие "Антикоррупция - процесс оздоровления общества".

Цели и задачи мероприятия:

1. Углубление теоретического уровня познания учащимися такого явления, как коррупция, причин возникновения, факторов, способствующих ее развитию.

2.Развитие осознания необходимости соблюдать законы государства и навыков работы нормативно-правовыми документами.

3.Воспитание активной жизненной позиции, формирование негативного отношения к коррупции и навыков правомерного поведения в ситуациях коррупционного посягательства.

Teacher's opening remarks

Good day guys! Today we will talk about the fact that anti — corruption is a process of improving society. First, let's find out what the word "corruption"means. Even in Roman law there was the term corrumpire, which was synonymous with the words "break"," spoil"," destroy"," damage"," bribe " and at the same time denoted any official illegal action. Hence, corruption is a term denoting the use by an official of his / her power and rights entrusted to him / her for personal gain, which is contrary to the law and moral principles

The subject of corruption can be any person who has the power to distribute at his discretion any resources not belonging to him.

The main incentive for corrupt behavior is the possibility of obtaining illegal income associated with the use of power, and the main deterrent is the risk of exposure and punishment.

Guys, today we will consider some possible cases of corruption and discuss measures to neutralize or minimize the manifestations of corruption

Stage 1 of the competition

Question: many people compare corruption with a sore. Each sore has its own reasons that need to be treated. What are the causes of corruption?

Task: within 3 minutes to write on the sheet causes of corruption. One reason - 1 point. Whose team will write more reasons, the team earns more points.

Causes of corruption:

- Low salaries of civil servants

- Ignorance of the law

- The desire for easy money

- Frequent turnover of persons in various positions

- Instability in the country

- Corruption as a habit

- Low living standards of the population

- Weak state institutions

- Unemployment

2 stage of the contest "Puzzles"

The teacher provides additional information about the types and forms of corruption:

Depending on the sphere of activity, corruption manifests itself in the following forms:

Corruption in public administration concerns public servants in power .

Parliamentary corruption is expressed in the purchase of votes during elections.

Business corruption arises from the interaction of government and business.

Corruption in enterprises is expressed in the fact that an employee of a commercial or public organization manages resources that do not belong to him or her and thereby illegally enriches himself or herself.

Domestic corruption is generated by the interaction of ordinary citizens and officials.

- Embezzlement

- Fraud

- Extortion

Task: to Consider the situation and point out, referring to the articles of the Federal law "on combating corruption", in which cases of corruption are presented, and in which there is no.

1. In gratitude for the fact that the doctor cured her seriously ill child, Galina gave the doctor a bouquet of flowers from her garden.

2. Accountant Ivanova S. used fake accounts that contain incorrect information.

Task: Remember what Proverbs and sayings reflect corruption in modern society?

Each team calls in turn Proverbs and sayings, explains its content. The winner is the team that gave the example of the latter.

Examples:

"Not podmazhesh, you will not go" - extortion, bribery.

- "One hand washes the other" - a group of planned activities in bribery.

"To rake up the fire proxy" - unconscious complicity in the fraud.

- "The eye sees, but the tooth is not honey" - the failure of action against corruption.

 

Stage 4 of the competition

The teacher provides additional information about the main signs of corruption:

- Mutual consent of the participants of the action.

- The presence of mutual obligations.

- Obtaining certain benefits and advantages by both parties.

- The decision violates the law or contradicts moral norms.

- Conscious subordination of common interests to personal benefit.

- Both sides are trying to hide their actions.
 

Task: Consider the situation and answer the questions using the articles of the Federal law "on combating corruption": what form of corruption is in question and what are the harmful consequences of this act.

Situations:

1 command

In case of violation of the rules of the road drunk, the driver paid the traffic police officer, who instead of filling out the Protocol, took the money and released the offender.
 

2 command

A government official responsible for the distribution of free medicines to patients sent some of the medicines to private pharmacies for further sale at high prices.
 

5 stage of the competition " Say to corruption, "No!"

The teacher reports information on criminal liability for bribery and other corrupt practices. Are these measures enough to fight corruption? What would you suggest to solve this problem?

Assignment: to Prepare an advertisement on the theme "Say to corruption, "No!"

Image and presentation of advertising on A3 sheets within 5 minutes.

Summing up and rewarding teams.
 

Conclusion: Corruption is an obstacle to economic growth and development, endangers any transformation. Corruption can be exposed to any person who has any power: officials, judges, administrators, deputies, examiners, doctors, etc
 

Guys let's think together what are the ways to solve the problem of corruption in our country?

1. To improve the laws of the country.

2. Reducing the number of officials.

3. Wage increase.

4. Openness to the media.

5. Do not give or take bribes.

6. Toughen penalties for corruption.

7. Education of intolerance in society to corruption and respect for the law.

 

Заключение

Прежде всего, нужно начать с самого себя и требовать устранения коррупционных проявлений от окружающих. Эффективность борьбы зависит от взаимодействия всех ветвей власти, их ответственности за процесс оздоровления общества. Необходимо быстро реагировать на все виды проявлений коррупционных правонарушений, справедливо давать наказания. Тогда в глазах окружающих возрастет авторитет, вера и уважение к структурам власти, общество осознает потребность в борьбе с коррупцией.
