                I. Мотивационно-вступительная часть.

1. Приветствие учеников.( Greeting )

2. Введение в иноязычную атмосферу

1) На доске з написаны пословицы . Учащиеся долждны соединить части пословицы и назвать его русский еквивалент.

Many hands make …. a light work.

The work shows …. the workman.

Well began …. is half done.

Jack of all trades …. is master of none.

2) How many letters are there in English ABCs? – 26.

Let’s revise some popular professions. Name the profession for A, B, C,….(Ученики називають прфессии на буквы английського алфавита)

3. Постановка цели и задач урока.( Aim )

Учащимся предлагается прочитать стихотворение и определить тему, цель и задачи урока.

T: Look at the blackboard and read the poem «I Want to Ве». Ss: (read one by one)

Some people often say to mе:

"Have уоu decided what yоu want to bе?"

I usually answer, "I don't know,"

But it isn't really so.

I want to win аn Olympic race,

I want to see the Earth from space,

I want to travel to Katmandu

I want to bе rich and famous, too.

I want to bе оn Hollywood's screen,

I want to invent а new machine,

I want to bе very clever and wise,

I want to win the Nobel prize..

What is it about? What do you think we are going to talk about at our lesson? What is the theme of our lesson? Right- today we are going to speak about your plans for future and your future profession. The topic of our lesson is “Choosing a profession”

2. Повторение правил словообразования существительных, обозначающих профессии.

There are different ways of forming the word. And very often professions are derived from other word with the same root.

With SUFFIXES and COMPOSITION.

There are a lot of jobs and they can be divided into categories. Look at the job categories. Match the jobs to the categories. (соотнесение категорий и названий профессий).

3.Развитие навыков говорения Speak on the following questions

Who helps you choosing your future profession? (Nobody, my parents, my friends)

What is, in your opinion, the most important thing in your future profession? (good salary, much contact with people, an ideal combination of a job and a hobby)

What skills are the most important for your future profession? (computer skills, observation skills, knowledge of foreign languages)

Have you already choosen your future profession?

Read what the people say and find at least two jobs that they can’t do. Report to the class

John: “I can’t stand working shifts”
