Now ls, Let’s play a game. Please ls, stand up, make two lines. Now ls, I give you a ball. You should pass it round the lines while the music plays. When the music stops I ask you a question and you should answer. For example, my question: “ How many kitchens are there in the house?” (Слова how many с переводом на доске) Your answer: “There is one kitchen in the house”. Ok ls, let’s start.

So, please take your sits. There are a lot of rooms in the house.

Well ls, open your course books on p.22. Look at this picture. This is Rex. Rex is describing his house, but he has missed words: is and are. Please help Rex complete these sentences. You have 2 minutes. Work individually.

So ls, your time is up. Masha, read the 1st Rex’s sentence. Great!

Well ls, Rex has got a friend Simon. Simon has got his granny. Granny has got her own house. This is her house (показываю карточки с картинками дома). But there are no names of the rooms. Your task is read the 1st paragraph and write here names of the rooms. You have 3 minutes. Work individually.

So ls, your time is up. Valya, what rooms are there in granny’s house?

You have 4 minutes. Work individually. Ребята, выполняйте это задание внимательно, потому что вы получите отметки положительные за верное использование единственного и множественного числа структуры There is/ there are и за верное произношение и использование новых слов.
