проблемно-диалоговое общение как основа формиро-
вания творческой личности на уроках английского языка.

Современный уровень преподавания дисциплины
« Английский язык» в ОГБПОУ«Железнодорожный техникум г.Рязани» основную цель работы видит в по-
мощи обучающимся осознать нравственные нормы , правила как главный вектор в социо-гуманитарном и при-
оритетном информационно-коммуникативном развитии :
1.формировать у обучающихся духовно-нравственное
отношение к окружающему миру и людям ;
2.формировать осознание ценности человеческой жизни ;
3.повышать общую и коммуникативную культуру ;
4.развивать коммуникативные умения и навыки в основных
видах речевой деятельности ;
5. развитие инициативы , активности , самостоятельности.
Федеральный компонент образовательного стандарта
построен с учётом особенностей иностранного языка
как учебного предмета , в число которых входит социо-
культурная компетенция :
- ознакомление обучающихся с соответствующим
страноведческим , культуроведческим и социолинг-
вистическим материалом в учебном курсе ;
- приобщение к культуре и реалиям стран , говорящих
на английском языке с желанием использовать англий-
ский язык в реальном общении ;
-формирование умений выделять общее и специфиче -
ское в культуре родной страны и страны изучаемого
языка ; умений представлять свою страну на англий-
ском языке, сообщая сведения о вкладе России в ми-
ровую культуру , о национальных традициях и совре-
менной жизни ;
- составить представление о роли английского языка
в современном мире как средстве приобщения к зна-
ниям в различных областях , в области выбранной
профессии , межличностного , и международного об-
щения .

На первом курсе обучающиеся знакомятся с географиче-
ским и социокультурным портретом англо-говорящих
стран :
Великобритании , США , Канады, Австралии , Новой Зе-
ландии и одновременно родной страны. Особое внимание
уделяется взаимосвязи иностранного языка с географией-
( гр. gё земля , гр. grapho пишу ).
Обучающиеся знакомятся с культурным наследием англо-
говорящих стран и России , всемирно-известными досто-
примечательностями. Здесь прослеживается взаимосвязь
с историей архитектурных стилей , зарубежной и отечест-
венной литературой.
Знакомство с традициями еды в стране изучаемого языка
и умение отмечать сходство и различия этих правил и рос-
сийских , ознакомление с традициями и праздниками , по-
свящёнными местностям , городам страны изучаемого язы-
ка заставляет нас обратиться к основам биологии, истории,
к русским и британским традициям.
Знакомство со спортом и известными спортсменами позво-
ляет осуществлять межпредметные связи с дисциплинами :
физическая культура , география , история.
Знакомство с известными учёными и их изобретениями
взаимодополняются информацией из области таких дис-
циплин как физика , математика , электротехника , химия
(Что мы называем языком науки ?).
На втором курсе социокультурная компетенция направ-
лена на увеличение объёма знаний о социокультурной
специфике стран изучаемого языка , совершенствование
умений строить своё речевое поведение и формирование
умений выделять общее и специфическое в культуре род-
ной страны и стран изучаемого языка .

Также проходит знакомство с тенденциями развития об-
щества под влиянием массовой информации , современ -
ных средств , включая современные информтехнологии.
Большее значение придаётся социокультурной осведом-
лености о значении изучения английского языка в совре-
менном мире , о существующих стереотипах. Происхо -
дит знакомство со стилем общения по телефону в Вели -
кобритании и России, оформлении и написании письма.
Особое внимание уделяется социокультурной осведом -
лённости о вкусах и имидже британской и российской
молодёжи ( взаимоотношение , музыка , мода , карьера ,
популярные молодёжные передачи , кумиры в современ-
ном кино , экстремальные виды спорта , спорт для здо-
ровья , взгляды на мир , окружающую действительность
и роль Интернета и английского языка в будущей жизни).
На третьем курсе прослеживается социокультурная ос-
ведомлённость :
-о путях получения образования ;
- проблемах выбора профессии ;
- об умении составлять резюме ;
- о роли английского языка в будущей профессии . Представление :
о профессиональных требованиях к тем или иным про-
фессиям по сходству и различиям в стране изучаемого
языка и в России .
Углубление межпредметных связей :
- о возможностях трудоустройства ;
- об основных и приоритетных направлениях научно-технического прогресса в стране изучаемого яз . и России;
- о тенденциях в развитии компьютерных технологий ,
перспектив « мира компьютеризации ».
- видеть перспективы в области развития туризма , отмечая
плюсы и минусы.

Значение придаётся углублению объёма знаний о возмож-
ностях получения образования в стране изучаемого языка ,
межпредметных знаний о ценностных ориентирах молодё- жи и разных слоёв общества страны изучаемого языка , о знании языковых средств , которые могут использоваться
в ситуациях неофициального характера и о толерантности
(терпимости , снисходительности к кому-либо, чему-либо.
Продолжается знакомство с традициями изучаемого языка ,
их сравнение с традициями России , особенностями госу - дарственного устройства ,управления и приобщение к цен-
ностям мировой культуры через произведения искусства , основ экономики и права , истории .
На четвёртом курсе изучение дисциплины « Английский
язык» направлено :
на понимание значимости владения английским языком в современном мире как средством межличностного и куль- турного общения ;
приобщение к знаниям в различных областях и в выбран -
ной профессии ;
на умение представлять свою страну , сообщая сведения о
вкладе России в мировую культуру, отмечая сходство и раз-
личия с другими странами , рассказывая о своём крае , об-
ласти , городе , селе (география , краеведение , история) ;
расширение кругозора сведениями о современных про -
фессиях ; наличие информации о профессии , которой от-
даст предпочтение обучающийся ( связь со спецдисцип-
линами - Какой механизм самый древний ? Кто построил
первый паровоз?, Какими были первые транспортные сред-
ства ) ;

социокультурную компетентность при заполнении анкеты;
изложение сведений о себе в форме автобиографии ( резю-
ме) принятой в англоговорящих странах ( русский язык ) ;
осведомлённость о перспективах научно-технологического
прогресса, касающиеся профессий в стране изучаемого язы-
ка и в России ( нанотехнология , биотехнология , информа -
ционные технологии ) ;
осведомлённость об актуальных проблемах современного мира и возможных путях их разрешения ;
чтение специальной литературы , позволяющей ответить
на вопрос :
Будущее России и как мы его формируем ?
«Что такое современная наука?»
Что ждёт Интернет в будущем и какой видится информа-
ционная магистраль? ;
Сможет ли Интернет раствориться в будущей глобальной
системе? ;
Как будут выстраиваться взаимоотношения Человека, При-
роды и Науки ? ;
Как информационные богатства Сети будут в дальнейшем
открываться для тех , кто знает английский язык - язык
межнационального общения в Интернете?.

to understand its people. That’s why we shall speak the English the Americans and we shall try to analyse our own typical feat -

ums, music or singing groups at clubs and Palaces of Culture.
