Цель: развитие коммуникативной компетенции учащихся во всех видах речевой деятельности, в том числе и письменной речи.
Задачи:
Воспитательная:
воспитывать культуру письменного общения;
воспитывать культуру работы с текстом на английском языке;
воспитывать культуру взаимодействия в паре, группе;
Развивающая:
развитие языкового (абстрактного мышления) учащихся;
развитие памяти и воображения учащихся;
развивать умение прочитать и идентифицировать содержимое электронного письма;
развивать умения анализировать, сравнивать, обобщать информацию и делать выводы;
развивать умения пользоваться ИКТ технологиями для совершенствования навыков коммуникации
Образовательная:
уметь составлять логически последовательный текст письма;
обогатить словарный запас учащихся, обращая внимание на владение специфической лексикой для написания личного письма;
использовать изученный лексический материал по теме «Art&Culture»;
учить создавать собственные творческие работы (личное письмо) с описанием посещения какого-либо места на основе fact file.

Приветствие.
T: - Good afternoon, boys and girls. I’m very glad to see you. We are so pleased to see our guests today and we’ll try to make our lesson useful and interesting.
Определение цели и темы урока:
T: - To start our lesson, we need to decide on its topic. To do this, I suggest you solve a puzzle (приложение 1). After completing the task correctly, you will be able to read the message. And also find out the purpose of our lesson. I have 5 puzzles in total, one for each pair of students. Don’t waste our time! One, two, three – start!

Учащиеся получают задание составить 2 фразы из разрозненных словосочетаний, одна из которых является темой урока, а вторая – целью урока: Таким образом, мы принимаем тему «Письмо другу» и цель урока «Научиться оформлять личное письмо, используя факт файл».

- We will summarize our knowledge on the topic of "Writing an email", learn how to improve the letter and make it more interesting, and start writing it.
- Throughout the lesson, you will work with worksheets (приложение 2) where you can specify your points for each task, and at the end of the lesson fill out a table of personal achievements. This will help me evaluate and you analyze your knowledge and skills.

- Read the Writing Tip on p. 109 in your Student Books (Starlight 6) aloud and introduce the type of writing. Then read the email and tell what each paragraph is about:
Para 1 - Opening remarks, reason for writing
Para 2-3 - Description of the museum, what he saw and did there
Para 4 – closing remarks
Teacher: - We may improve writing skills using adjectives.
